When you send an inquiry, the form collects: your name, email, the type of photography you're asking about, your date, your hotel/resort or area, number of people, an optional phone number, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
- JOHALCY does not ask for a passport, ID number, home address, date of birth, gender, or any financial information through this site.
- No payment is collected or processed through this website.
Why it's collected
Solely to reply to your inquiry, check availability, and plan a photography session or wedding that fits your dates and location — nothing is collected for any other purpose.
How inquiries are handled
Inquiry details are emailed directly to Johalcy at info@johalcy.com and kept in a private log so no request is lost. They are not sold, rented, or shared with unrelated third parties.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not currently run advertising trackers, and no analytics service is active. The site uses necessary technologies for navigation, form submission and remembering your cookie choice, plus Google Fonts and Hostinger's hosting and email infrastructure.
Third-party services actually in use
Google Fonts (for the site's typefaces) and standard web hosting/email delivery are currently the only third-party services this site relies on. This list is reviewed whenever the site changes.
Data retention
Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you book, to plan and deliver your session. You may ask what information is held about your inquiry or request that it be deleted where applicable.
Data security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the information sent through this site. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and no certification is claimed here that hasn't been independently verified.
